4x1600 tempo w/60 rest. Split: 5:43.6, :44.0, :45.0, :44.5. Good workout. Was not expecting much, but this felt exactly as it should and I split a good bit faster than I would have expected with a decent amount of wind as well. I think my fitness is actually ok, I'm just so tight on most of my runs after work so I feel horrible. Gotta fix that.
