5x1600@T w/60s rest. Felt decent, but a little quick legwise. Splits above. Made it tougher on myself by wearing the singlet/shirt combo the first 3 when it wasn't that cold. Good work though all in all. Started every rep too fast too, which I need to work on. Split: 5:33.5, 5:29.2, 5:28.3, 5:27.0, 5:29.7.
