Sleep: 9 hours. Easy run in Greene Valley. Legs were pretty trashed from the last few days of mileage and working so I went really slow and it still didn't feel all that easy. Not that surprising considering yesterday was my highest mileage day in quite a long time. Saw a bunch of lightning bugs though, which was dope.
