5x(3min @LT, 1 min off), 4min off, 5x(3min @10k, 1 min off). Went ~3:32 for the last one cause thought I might as well get to the bottom of the hill before stopping. Great workout with a good pack of guys. Nice confidence booster that I can hang with the pack. First few felt a bit rough, but good after that.
