5x400 at Mile (Goal: Low 1:23.xx) 4x350 at Mile minus 5 seconds ( high 1:11.xx). Rest was 2 minutes for all. Splits: 1:21, :23, :22, :22, :23 for 400, 1:09, :10, :08, :07 for 350's. Hit splits very well, all were below. The workout started fairly easy and really started to get hard on the last 400. Our group probably took the 350's too fast, and it made the workout very tough. Really excited by this workout, the last few weeks have been very solid.
