Intervals. 1600 @ tempo (6:23) in 6:34, 1200 @ 5k (4:29) in 4:36, 800 at 3200 (2:52) in 2:53, 400 @ mile (1:21) in 1:21, 200 @ 800 (38), 100 @ 400 (16) . Mapped out all distances except 100/200 which i just estimated. Mile was slow and 1200 probably was as well, but because I just mapped the distances out it's basically impossible to know for sure. Also did this alone early in the morning which might have made it a little slower as well.
