Sleep: 7 hours. RAM Morning long run 2 with Pat, Kev, LukeyP and Bo. The plan before this was to average about 6flat pace. Led the first mile in about 6:04 to make sure we didn't get out slow then was at the front with Pat cruising just south of 6flat for the first 3 or so. After that mostly just chilled near the back and hung onto the group as we kept rolling ~5:50s. Got tough the last 3 or so, but never was too terrible and until that point it felt pretty comfortable. Foot went numb for a couple miles which was annoying, but didn't really hamper me, need to not tie my shoes quite so tight in the future. Had around 90 seconds of pausing which was a bit annotying, but one of those was a light and 90 seconds is not too much. Route was also a bit net uphill for reference. Averaged ~5:51 which was pretty sweet, by far my best long run ever. Need to hop in a half this summer. Absolutely awesome run with some awesome dudes.
