1600 @ tempo (5:48), 1200 @ 5k (4:02), 800 @ 3200 (2:34), 400 @ 1600 (1:02), 200 @ 800 (32.5), 100 (fast). 3 minute rest for all. Split: 5:42.1, 4:00.9, 2:32.3, 1:10.3, 32.6, 15.9. Solid workout today. Tempo was too fast, but everything else was pretty good. Didn't feel spectacular today, but much better than the last few days. Need to remember not to hammer these taper workouts just because I feel good. Feeling good about my chances to run fast this coming week.
