Sleep: 8.25 hours. Willis starting with a bunch of people, then had to poop and ran solo the rest of the way. Felt bad at first, but loosened up and cranked down the pace as the run went on. First mile was 8:00 and last mile was 6:32, always solid to progress like that on a run. Might be my harderish effort for the week, thinking about waiting a few more weeks to really get the workouts going, no need to overcook it too early.
