Sleep: 11 hours. Ran to the ccrb and caught the group as they were leaving, did All Pauline and then ran from the ccrb to do a stadium loop, then back to west quad. Decent run, legs felt dead at the end, but nothing bad. First run in the Hokas, and they felt super nice. Will probably reserve them for shakeouts and short runs in the future, but my new ds trainers have not arrived yet so the hokas are my best option at the moment.
