8x350m at mile pace (~1:10.5) with 60 second rest. Really tough workout, felt it even after just the first one which shouldn't really happen. Legs continued to feel like shit, but pushed through it and managed a decent workout. Splits: 1:09, :12, :09, :11, :10, :12, :09, :09. Only missed pace on 2 of them which isn't good, but not horrible either. Glad Baganz capped my group at 8, might have destroyed myself trying to do 10. Also started to cramp up on the last one, not sure why this has happened the last few days, my diet and schedule did not change. Doing a 3200 on thursday, should be fun.
