Sleep: 9.5 hours. Utilized the Palos trail system via Pioneer Woods. Ran a mix of singletrack and gravel paths. Felt pretty good and ran near 7:30 pace for the miles that were mostly gravel. Obviously got slowed down by technical trails, but, IT'S A RECOVERY DAY!!!!! so no biggie. Fun to run here again too. Nice and cool too, which was nice.
