Notes

5x30 second fartleks with 2 minute rest + cool down. Not great today. Took the recovery too easy on the first 2 so I ended up alone on 3-5, needless to say 3-5 were a struggle. Overall good workout today, expectations were low, but still got good work in. Need to recover today though, legs are trashed.
