4x2000 4x200. 200 rest between reps 400 between the 2 sets. Splits: (7:06.1, 7:08.5, 7:06.1, 7:08.1), (36.2, 36.1 35.7, 35.3). Was a bit of a grind, but I was able to get it done so much better than last week. Groin still felt a bit knonlike and the 200s felt fast.
