3x1600 @CV (~5:30), 4x400 @mile-3k (72-75) w/400 jog after 1600s and ~75 second jog after 400s. Split: (5:28.3, :25.1, :24.9), (1:13.1, :15.2, :13.4, :12.9). Legs felt pretty heavy so the miles were a grind, never felt that hard, but couldn't get into a great rhythm either. 400s felt fairly easy, got going decently fast. Nothing too crazy today, just a solid workout. Also did this totally solo, which kinda sucked.
