Sleep: 9 hours. Long upbeat run @Waterfall Glen. Started at ~6:45 and cut down to 6:20s by mile 4 and mostly held it pretty consistent after that point. Pretty hard workout even though it didn't end up being that fast. Legs felt pretty shitty and it was like 80 degrees and very humid by the end of this. Hopefully new shoes take care of the dead legs. Not my greatest workout ever, but still pushed myself on a day I felt crappy so no worries.
