4x1600 alternating between tempo and 10k w/~1:45 rest (lap in lane 3), 4 minute standing rest, 2x300 fastish w/2 min rest. Split: (5:42.2, :32.3, :48.5, :29.9), 54.4, 55.2. Felt harder overall than it really should have, but this was the first workout I've done in a while so not entirely unexpected. Just hung on to Ding mostly.
