Real first day back. Ran real slow because of well it being the first day back and a really tight right glute. Great turnout, hopefully it stays that way. Overall ok first day back. As a side note why the hell would they hold the iaaf wc in Qatar. Doesn't running a marathon in 90 degrees sound like fun. #tracktown
