8 short Anne hills. Split: 56, 55.5, 53.5, 53.5, 54.5, 53, 54.5, 53. Slow, but the traction was bad and I didn't feel very good. Felt better as the workout progressed though. Recoveries were really slow as well, but I didn't want to run alone so I didn't push.
