Sleep: 8 hours. Domino's farms long run with Ross, LB, and Duck. Started moderate and picked up the pace at the end. Tacked on a diag loop to get the full 90. Legs felt kinda shitty, not horrible just really tight. Never felt smooth or got into a great rhythm. Since my first run yesterday wasn't until 1 this run made it 28 miles in 24 hours so it's understandable why my legs were kinda dead. Solid effort though, good to get in a faster long run for the first time in a while. Didn't get gps until a minute or 2 in, but the mileage is pretty accurate.
