Sleep: 9 hours. Progression run in Glen Arbor down M22 to Port Oneida and back. First 2 easy, middle 4 steady, last 2 tempo. Split: (7:44.6, 7:14.1), (6:10.4, 6:12.7, 6:16.7, 5:54.3), (6:04.1, 6:03.5). Last 2 are misleadingly slow because they were into the wind/uphill, but the effort was tempo or perhaps slightly harder. Really solid workout, felt super smooth and pretty comfy until the last mile or so. Pretty fast overall even though the footing wasn't always great and it being super windy. Feeling very aerobically fit right now.
