Notes
8 short arb hills with mrun today. Split: 1:21.7, :25.8, :25.5, :26.6, :27.8, :25.1, :24.1, :26.5. Settled into a good group of 5, dwindling to 3 for the latter stages of the workout. Hills are ~350m, but steeper than Anne-Elizabeth. Started too fast for the first rep then got into a better rhythm. Picked it up for the last few and it hurt. Pretty gassed the last one, felt like I was coming to a standstill so I called it at 8. First hill day in quite a while so I wasn't quite ready for it, good work nonetheless. Splits were from garbage cans to garbage cans.
