5000m tempo at Ferry. Split: 5:39.9, 5:43.5, 5:46.2, 40.01 for 200. Much better than I was expecting, but obviously still fairly hard after this time off. Definitely felt a bit labored, but a very good step in the right direction. Tried out the zoom fly 3s as well and they were awesome.
