Sleep: 7.5 hours. Easy run after hearing some horseshit about the benefits of activation, and team building games. Confined to campus loops, but I mixed it up a little and threw in some barn loop action to keep things a little fresher. Felt kinda shitty, head was pounding a little bit and breathing was little harder than I would like. Been in a little bit of rut the past few days, but I'm doing my best to recover and dig myself out of it. Considering buying a heart rate strap, since I already have a watch that could pair with one.
