Sleep: 9 hours. Got home from an 8 hour shift, rested for 45 minutes and did a coach loop. Legs were absolutely toasted from standing all day, recent eating left me bloated, and my shoes are pretty much done. That combo made this run a huge struggle even though the pace was really slow. Worst run in a long while for me. Need to clean up my eating as well, I've been eating like shit the last month and it is affecting my running.
