4 Lap tempo at Green Acres. Split 5:28.5, 5:22.5, 5:23.5, 5:31.5 for 6:03 pace overall. Felt okay except for some quad soreness from the elliptical in gym. Calf was slightly tight, but not enough to effect me. Definitely the best solid tempo I have ever done although I definitely should have gone another lap. Also used 0.9 miles and not the GPS.
