Notes
Easy double starting at DRP. Ran to Whalon, did a lap there and headed back. Ran with Bob on his last night in the Thrill/Brook. Nice to send him off with one final run and a solid convo. Stomach felt really iffy on this one because I had stuffed myself like and hour and a half earlier because I had no time to eat before my first run and I had to go to my sister's soccer game afterwards, I was also still pretty dehydrated from the afternoon. Legs were also trashed from the long run. Still a decent run though to cap of a high mileage day and a decent mileage week.
