Garbage workout. 1600 tempo, minute rest, 800 tempo, minute rest, 5x300 w/30sec rest pretty slow. Split: 5:56.1, 3:00.7, 1:00.7, 1:01.3, 1:02.7, 54, 1:04.4. Was gonna do more tempo, but my legs were destroyed so I did some 300s and those were also bad. Legs fucked from bumping the mileage back up.
