10 min lactate threshold, 2 min rest, 3-4x(400m @6k, 300m @3k); 300m jogging rest after all: Split: (5:49.3, 4:18.0 for 1200) (1:16.9, 57.4, missed split, 55.5, 1:16.4, 55.8, 1:15.2, 53.4). Decently hard workout. Once again had a hard time getting the legs moving fast, but the tempo felt really good and I got moving better as the workout progressed.
