3x500 @ 90% of 400m race pace (90.5) with 15 minute jog recovery. Split: 90.5, 94, 91. Weird "workout", felt pretty good on all of them just went out a little too slow on #2. Very easy, but succeeded in loosening me up pretty nicely, Focused on maintaining form at speed and I think I did a pretty good job.
