SS @ Gallup. Mostly low 6s except miles ~1.9-2.5 which was really icy which slowed down the third mile quite a bit. Pretty solid effort, aerobically felt pretty easy the whole time, legs did feel a little dead at points, but I think its the old shoes more than anything. Coulda been a little faster without the ice, and if I didn't have to shit really badly the last 2.5 miles, but still faster than the last 8 mile tempo did and with a lot less effort. ~6:07 average.
