Sleep: 6 hours. Went out 3.5 with Max and Streng, came a very slightly different way back then did a loop to get 9. Opted out of the workout cause I may have consumed a few too many sports drinks last night. Again probably a bit faster than I would have gone solo. Felt ok by the end again.
