Sleep: 9 hous. BSE with Kevin, Pat, David, and Duck. Started pouring about five miles in, so the rest was just a cold, wet struggle. Fairly miserable, but could have been worse if it was colder out. Took it pretty chill as well, just getting the miles in. Foot felt a lot better too.
