Sleep: 8 hours. Easy LGC run with Nick, Ron, Johnny, and Josh, at least until they dropped me. Added on in some of the trails in Leslie, and a extended diag loop. Legs felt pretty heavy from yesterday and my right calf was super tight, but not too bad overall. Will probably do a broken tempo tomorrow.
