5xlap tempo with 70-75 second rest. Split: 5:27, :17, :21, :17, :19. First two felt pretty rough, but then I channeled my inner Geoffrey Mutai and tried to just stay relaxed for the rest. Kind worked actually and 3-5 were hard, but better. Probably shouldn't have ran with who I ran with (Liu, Toby, Jensen, Chavez), but it didn't end up being that fast anyway so all is good. Feeling so aerobically strong right now.
