Sleep: 9.5 hours. Waterfall Glen Progression. Started faster than I meant to and progressed the first four miles, then basically tempoed the rest of it. Felt really good the first half, second half was a grind, but not too bad until the last mile or two. Route is also super rolling the second half, which always makes the latter parts even tougher than they would otherwise be. Really windy and sleeting/raining too, although I was sheltered from the wind most of the way. Waterfall loop PR by a lot, 6:04 average pace, and splits are from route markers not GPS.
