Sleep: 8 hours. Easy night run along Bailey to 79th past Owen. Pretty boring route and my legs felt like absolute trash, stiff and dead. Thought about going farther, but my legs needed some more recovery from the weekend I guess. Pretty sure I've never been in those neighborhoods before either. Cool out too, but so humid it was foggy.
