10x400 @ 1600 pace (~75) with 90-120 rest (went 90 or slightly longer). Split: 1:16.5, :14, :13.5, :13, :15, :13.5, :14, :13.5, :13.5, :13 for an average of 1:13.926. First couple felt pretty easy, started to get difficult around the fifth one. First mile pace workout since the hall fartlek a month ago, and first real fast day in a while. Felt pretty good overall, legs were much fresher than yesterday. Hard to believe I want to run this pace for 3200 in a few months. Think I can run a decent 1600 this week and hopefully a solid 3200 at Plainfield in a few weeks. Trying to put the struggles of the last month behind me and get back to work.
