Sleep: 8.67 hours. Easy run starting in Blackwell, some loops of the St. James course, short out and back on the IPP and back. Legs felt like absolute shit, and this run was quite a grind, never quite opened up. On the plus side my foot felt better than it has the past few days. In hindsight having 2 kinda hard days in a row after only easy running wasn't the best idea.
