3x(2k, 1k) w/lap jog between each. Split: (7:17.3, 3:19.2), (7:06.8, 3:17.0), (7:00.9, 3:13.7). Around LT on the 2ks and just reasonably quick but controlled on the Ks. 2ks felt fantastic especially after the first one, Ks were a but tough, still not much speed. Nothing special just good work, maybe my best workout since track tho.
