Sleep: 9 hours. Solo BSEE long run in the morning. Had to shit twice in the first 30 minutes, but after that got going and settled into an ok rhythm. Legs felt kinda heavy today so it was a little more of a grind than the last few long runs have been, but still felt fine enough. Cool and drizzling which was nice so I could start at 9:30 and it was fine. Brick by brick.
