3x(3x300). First set @ 3200 (58.5), second set @ 1600 (55.5), third set @ 800 (53.5). Rest 30 seconds in first and second set, 60 seconds in third and 5 minutes in between sets. Split: (0:57.5, 1:02, 1:01.5), (0:57, 0:57, 0:57), (0:51, 0:54.5, 0:52). Threw on a fast 150 into the wind in 26.5. Hard to make anything out of the splits because of the wind, but the 3200 pace ones were probably slightly slow, the others seemed fine. Felt really easy until the 800 pace ones. Very bleh kinda day, felt quite flat. Been in a rut the last few days, need to fix that.
