Hot as balls, run was really slow today too. Ran on some sand trail off of walden and quail, ran to that church. Got lost cause Dane decided to take us on some detour path in the woods. Probably like 8:45 pace, slowest run I've ever done.
Actually painfully slow, not even a good kind of slow.
