14 x 200m with 200m jog. Workout was very hard, 200m jog was supposed to be a little quick so as not to get a full recovery. My legs were a bit tired just going into this workout from that weird run yesterday. Really started hurting at 8 repeats, last 4 were miserable. I didn't feel like I sped up when I ran the 32's, it was the same effort as the other ones but I felt more tired just cause I was tiring at a steady rate after each repeat. Glad I was able to speed up for the last ones, don't think I could've ran more than a second faster on the last one. This workout really knocked me down, but my legs aren't really killing me.
