Notes
Good run with mark today. Glad to get some things off my chest and discuss with him. Really glad to have such great teammates. Ran in a friggen snow storm today. Really hard to get traction and stuff. Even at one time was running through like knee deep snow in east grand. I think the paces were slower but I am garminless still. Overall felt pretty good, legs were a little tired but still fine.
