Whoa man, forgot about lifting. Hit up the weight room right after school today. Sure nice to get back into it again. Focused on hip sled alot, then alternated between that and some leg lifts. Went over and did some upper body work. Lots of tricep/bicep work. Felt good. Bench absolutely killed me.
