Whoo tough workout to do by myself. Definately very tolling on the body, feeling kinda sore right now. Paces were very hard to hit considering that i was running by myself and the fact that many of the times there were interferences i had to deal with (uphill finishes, cars, etc.).
Nevertheless still a good workout, definitely getting myself back into better shape then i was going into state, already feel alot stronger... Nice night out too, good sunset.
