For 79 degrees it did not feel that warm out, but pleasant if anything...probably no humidity which helps. Due date for the baby is here...but no baby so this run was just a lot of wtf type of thinking with what will happen. Jess could go into labor in the next 5 minutes or the next 5 days which is just so annoying to me.
Anyway, run was fine, shin splints on the left shin were a little prevalent so did some heel walks after and iced. Onward to the workout tomorrow.
