Notes
Not too hot out for this run which was nice. Spent most of the morning/afternoon working on the thesis and anxiously awaiting anything about Jess going into labor. If anything I guess I finished all but like 3 pages left of the paper...but no labor yet -.-
Run felt fine. Did 4x100ish strides mixed in with about a minute of recov between each. Felt alright on that. Maybe would have been a little more efficient if I didnt have the dog with me. Let him swim in shady oak for a bit too which he enjoyed. Just trotted my way home after.
