Notes
Met up with mrod for a run over at his place. Pace was super easy today too, or so it seemed so I'm pretty excited about that. Went over to nokomis from his place to loop around there, i feel that area is really overlooked, nice and flat, would be great to tempo at! Perfect weather out there too, really just enjoyed this run with mike overall, talked about a lot of good stuff, and just great to catch up. This was my first run with him since I dusted him on our tempo last summer ;)
